Early Season Sign-Up & Club Setup

    It was great to see many of you at the golf tournament back in August and I'm excited for our curling season to begin. Early season sign-ups close on 10/25 so get your team signed up now! 

    We need your help setting up the club after we take ownership back from the city later this week. Club set up will take place on:

    Tuesday, 10/20/26 - 5pm

    Please come to the club to help move everything out of the locker room and set it up around the warming house! Additional important events:

    Bonspiels - Meat Spiel (open spiel - 1/29/27-1/31/27); Bunny Spiel (open spiel - 4/2/27-4/4/27); Junior Spiel (2/5/27-2/6/27) Stay tuned to the website to see them soon!

    Early Season  – 6 weeks - Nov. 1 (Sunday) - Dec. 6 (Sunday) - Sun (open), T (Juniors), W (open), Th (open) 

    Learn to Curls (Level 1 and Level 2) - November 7, 14, December 5, January 9, 16 (Saturdays, 1-3pm) - Need 5 volunteers to help at each session

    Beginner League - December 4, 11, 18, February 5, 12, 19 (Fridays, 6-8pm) - Need 4 volunteers to help at each session

    Regular Season – Sunday 1/3/27 – Thursday, 4/1/27 - Sun (open), M (open/6:15 draw only), T (juniors/drop-in league), W (open), Th (open)

    Halloween-themed Bonspiel - the Spooky Spiel located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota from October 30th - November 1st. Sign up on their website.

    Glacial Ridge Curling in Willmar, Mn will be hosting their first open spiel in our new dedicated club. It’s the first annual Turkey Town Spiel.  Below is the flier with info.  If you have any questions let me know or reach out to the club.  Slots are still open, sign up on their website.

    MEA Rocks Junior Bonspiel is coming to Chaska MN, October 16th-18th. Mark your calendars, registration opens Saturday August 15th at 10am. Whether you’re preparing for a competitive U18/U20 season or just looking to gain valuable game experience, MEA Rocks is the perfect early-season event! Two divisions (competitive and developmental) 3 games guaranteed with great competition for U18/U20 teams and welcoming fun for those who are developing.     We wanted to let you know that there are still spots available for the 2026 Midland Open Bonspiel SpookySpiel, returning October 23–25, 2026 at the Midland Curling Club, in Midland Michigan! f-ice fun, and we’d love to see you in Midland, Michigan this fall.
    This year’s event will feature:
    • 4-game guarantee
    • Meals, drinks (beer, wine, soda), and snacks included
    • A spooky and social atmosphere all weekend long

    The Scots are coming to Mankato on their curling tour! Save the date for Saturday, January 16. We can have teams pay to play against the Scottish team and there will be lots of fun to share with our international visitors.
